One Avenue are a fast growing serviced, managed and co-working office providers with multiple locations across London.
With its new landmark developments such as The Shard, More London, Tate Modern extension and Neo Bankside, and Southwark and eclectic industrial chic, rapidly gentrifying Southwark has become a hotspot for creative industry and technology start-up, which is the target group of the new Centre.
The space, located in a former warehouse building, comprises 4 office floors connected with a glazed atrium. Flexible and versatile office accommodation was required to cater for the dynamic demographic of the Centre’s tenants. A generous provision of common facilities and breakout areas was also created to enable multiple alternative work settings and promote interaction. Lorenc Design worked in close alignment with One Avenue’s business strategy to offer affordable yet creative accommodation. Whilst many of the existing interior elements were retained, warm and vibrant finishes and furnishings were introduced to achieve a warmer, welcoming feel and visual interest.
